Day by Day Itinerary
- DAY 1
Embarkation in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands
Your SeaDream cruise through the exotic Caribbean starts with arrival at St. Thomas’ international airport. You’ll enjoy a warm welcome from your private driver who will transfer you to the port of Charlotte Amalie port where your elegant yacht awaits. Hop aboard and get settled into your stateroom, taking time to rest and refresh. Once you’re ready you can enjoy the ship’s facilities and have a glass of sparkling wine at the Sailaway party. The elevated Signature Balinese Dream Beds provide a perfect place to unwind while soaking up the surrounding views.
Meals Included: Dinner
- DAY 2
Cruz Bay, St. John, US Virgin Islands
Today, you’ll head to Cruz Bay on the smallest of the main US Virgin islands, St. John. It’s renowned for its unspoiled white sandy beaches backed by emerald hills and where it’s highly recommend to join the optional excursion to Trunk Bay for a guided snorkel along the underwater trail – often compared to swimming in an aquarium with an array of colorful fish and other marine life. A kayak/land tour is an alternative as is the guided trek to Caneel Bay, including a stop for a swim at Honeymoon Beach. Or, use the ship’s complimentary mountain bikes to explore on your own.
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
- DAY 3
White Bay, Jost van Dyke, British West Indies
Sail on to White Bay, located on laid-back Jost Van Dyke. A “barefoot” island home to a population of no more than 300. This is the place to embrace a slow-paced but luxurious life that may include the special SeaDream Champagne & Caviar Splash and beach barbecue lunch. The island is famous for the iconic Painkiller cocktail, birthed at the Soggy Dollar Bar, just a short stroll down the shoreline. If you want to try it, bring along some of the yacht’s complimentary water toys or snorkeling gear to enjoy too. An optional guided hike to Great Harbour’s Foxy Bar is an alternative.
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
- DAY 4
Sandy Ground, Anguilla, British West Indies
The British Overseas Territory of Anguilla has gained popularity for its stunning chalk-white sands, exceptional golf, and luxury resorts. Your ship will anchor near Sandy Ground village on the north coast where you can use the snorkeling gear or other water sports equipment at the tranquil beach nearby. If you like to pedal, join a biking excursion led by your Club Director. Or, play a round of golf. If you have any interest in the island’s history, visit the emblematic bar/restaurant/museum known as the Old Salt Factory and Pumphouse, displaying machinery and photos depicting Anguilla’s salt mining history.
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
- DAY 5 & 6
Gustavia, St. Barths, French West Indies (Exclusive Overnight Docking)
One of the more exclusive Caribbean islands, St. Barths, is next, known for drawing many affluent visitors, including celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and the Kardashians who come to stay in the ultra-luxe resorts, enjoy high-end shopping, and fine dining. As this island is so exclusive, the best way to experience it without being one of the rich and famous is on a SeaDream cruise. In fact, overnighting here is a very special experience afforded to the privileged few. You can choose from several water and land activities, including hiking or cycling. Perhaps simply marvel at the lavish mega-yachts nearby.
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
- DAY 7
Philipsburg, Sint Maarten, Dutch Caribbean
Your final stop is Saint Maarten, shared by France and the Netherlands. Your yacht will dock in Philipsburg, the main town on the Dutch side. You’ll be perfectly positioned to take advantage of some of the Caribbean’s best shopping, and it’s all tax-free. Front Street is home to big designer brand names such as Rolex, Cartier, and Michael Kors. You can also find beautiful sapphire necklaces and other jewelry, along with souvenirs and local treats, including various flavors of rum and guavaberry sauces. There’s also a possibility of participating in the America’s Cup 12 Metre Regatta, the “ultimate sailing adventure” on an optional excursion.
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
- DAY 8
Disembark in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands
Making your return to St. Thomas after a thrilling week of cruising the Caribbean, disembarkation will be early this morning although you’ll have time for one last breakfast onboard. Afterward, you’ll be met by your driver who will provide a private transfer back to the airport if you’re ready to catch your flight home. Or, you can opt to be transferred to a local hotel, extending your stay here in Charlotte Amalie. With so much to do here, from spending time on beautiful beaches to exploring rich history, it’s worth at least an extra day or two.
